Provides Records Management, archiving, and customer service on an ongoing basis for all Sally Beauty Company and Beauty Systems Group Employees.
* Construct files for all new employees; file all paperwork (includes sorting and alphabetizing paperwork)
*Fills copy request for subpoenas and keeps an excel log of all requests
*Fills requests for employee files from other departments and maintain logs
*Receives all requests for rehires. Research and verifies rehire status process all rehire paperwork and put away. Call back to the hiring manager with approved rehire control number. Keeps Access and Excel files on all rehires
*Pull and term all terminated employee files. Prepare all terminated files for scanning. Prepare transmittal sheets and scan all terminated files for archiving.
*Audit files on an ongoing basis for accuracy of paperwork
*Assist in preparing Document Tracking Letters
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*High School diploma
*2 – 3 years Previous Office Experience with Computers and Customer Service.
*Computer skills to include Lawson, Outlook Express, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Scanfile (scanning system).
*The ability to Alphabetize
*Excellent communication skills
